I wanted to say thanks a lot to my loan originators Steve and Matt. They are very professional and helpful, they performed an amazing job in helping me to get a mortgage. Whoever shopping for a mortgage, I highly recommend Steve and Matt, you do not have to do much, they do most of the things for you with dedication and passion.

Don Diep (loan officer) and Evelyn Nguyen (loan processor) are amazing to work with. They responded to my emails promptly and answered all the questions I had. The loan was fully approved within 30 days. I didn't lock the rate right after opening escrow. I monitored the interest rate for almost 2 weeks before locking rate. Loan Factory has the portal to monitor the rate. It also breaks down all the fees from different lenders, so that's very useful. It also shows exactly how much commission Loan Factory earns, so I appreciate the transparency. This was my 3rd time working with Loan Factory, and actually my experience this time was better than the 1st and 2nd time (purchase loan and refinance, respectively). I'll definitely come back for another refinance when the interest rate goes down significantly from the current 6 - 6.5% rate.

Loan Factory was extremely helpful when i worked with them. They're very attentive and will respond to all emails quickly. They have excellent communication and i have been with them twice and possibly more.
