He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Corporate Management, and IT Management, along with an MBA in Finance. His background includes experience in private retail real estate and he has held a finance role within a high tech corporate environment, where he supported budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Through Loan Factory’s network of over 200 lenders, Sartaj helps clients compare options and identify financing solutions tailored to their specific goals. He works across residential home loans, DSCR investment property financing, SBA and commercial loans, and HELOCs and cash-out refinancing. Sartaj is focused on providing clear guidance, competitive options, and a thoughtful approach to structuring each transaction.
