Before returning full-time to mortgages and real estate, I owned Italy Service, a boutique shop for high-end exotics: Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, Alfa Romeo. Running that business taught me how to operate under pressure for a demanding clientele. Precision estimates, Parts sourcing, Team management, Quality Control and Daily communication. When something slipped, we owned it and fixed it. That mindset drives how I manage loans: define the goal, map the steps, track the file, and keep everyone informed.
