Thomas is a licensed California real estate and mortgage broker. Prior to becoming a broker, Thomas worked within both residential and commercial brokerages; this experience allowed him to gain deep, dual-market insights that benefit every client. Thomas has extensive expertise in finance, specializing in trust deed investments as well as residential, commercial, and SBA (7a and 504) loan origination. Thomas is an honorably retired United States Army combat veteran with over 24 years of military service, bringing that same discipline and dedication to his work in the real estate and mortgage industry.
